The process to purchase the build a necklace was easy and we appreciated the option to buy pearls for an additional/future gift. The products delivered very quickly, even though I ordered thanksgiving week. My only complaint would be the “additional” pieces didn’t come with a separate way to store and keep them for the future intent. That aside, the pieces were lovely and we’re excited to start this traditional for our baby niece.

The pearl necklace itself is very pretty. However, I ordered a necklace with 4 pearl and 10 ADDITIONAL PEARLS. The necklace was shipped with all 14 pearls added. This was frustrating to me because I had to undo the very lovely packaging, call customer service to figure out how to take the extra 10 pearls off, and then put it all back together again. That is why I gave it 4 stars. The 10 pearls should have been included in their own nice packaging since I will be saving them here at my home. I plan to give a new one each year when my Great Niece celebrates her yearly "diaversary" which is the recognition of living another year with Type 1 diabetes.
