Do you have a brick and mortar location where we can shop in person?

We are located in Los Angeles but we do not have any showrooms where you can see your item. All orders need to be placed online.

I have some pearls I'd like to sell or get appraised. Do you do that?

We do not purchase any jewelry that we did nor originally make, nor do any appraisals for that jewelry.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (for orders paid in USD only), PayPal, Apple Pay and Affirm.

Can you send a photo of this item before I purchase it?

Unfortunately, were not able to send photos of our products beforehand because all items are made-to-order. The only photos we have are online and we try to make each item as close to the photo as possible, of course with some natural variation.

You are running a sitewide sale but I have another active promo code to use. May I combine the two?

No, unfortunately promo codes are not combinable with a sitewide sale. It's best to take advantage of the higher discount and use the promo code for a later purchase.

Can you issue my refund to a different card?

We can only refund the original card used for purchase. However if you card has been compromised, it will be routed to the correct bank account and you will still receive the refund, despite the card number.

Where will my order ship from?
