Bought these for my wife's 70th birthday. She loved the colours and the lustre of the Pearls but wondered if the larger 11-12 pearls would look better. Spoke to Customer Service and they suggested I order the larger size to see which my wife liked best. I did this and when the larger size arrived they were not as colourful (great for the wallet). Sent the larger pearls back and we got the refund very quick. Great company to deal with even though we live in Nottingham England our shops could learn a lot from US Customer Service. Would recommend this company and their products. My wife is already looking for earrings to match.
